"My Camera Won't Stop Spinning!" Xbox One Controller Issue

So, I was trying to play Grandia II today, but the problem is that, with my Xbox One controller, when the game goes into actual gameplay for the first time (after the first in-game cutscene, which is unskippable, mind you), the camera starts constantly spinning even though I'm literally not even pressing anything, and I can't get it to stop.

My operating system is Windows 10, and have updated the drivers using the official Xbox Accessories app, and I'm still having this issue. It's a shame, though, I really wanted to play this game to see what all the fuss was about, but this camera issue makes the game literally unplayable. I'm kinda considering just getting the Dreamcast version (y'know, the version which this version's code is supposed to be based on.) at this point, since that version (being the original) is supposed to be the one with the least amount of bugs and glitches, even though I'll (sadly) be missing out on the enhanced graphics and Japanese voice acting.

If anyone is reading this (especially if they are GungHo staff), please give me advice on how to fix this and/or report it to GungHo as soon as possible so they can patch it. I know I'm not the only one experiencing this issue (as many of you know by now).
