Ideas for Bonus DLC 3
Hi! As promised I will work on the free bonus DLC 3 soon. I am currently still wondering what to add. If you have any thoughts regarding which features you would like to see, please post them here! :)

Personal vote would be for some more alt status options for torps and mines- ie; EMP Mines/Torps and a Mine option that does an explosion similar to torp effect.

Or, if it’s possible in the engine, a small module that the player can add artificial mass to via a slider or some such- long live asymmetrical builds :P

@developer Game is fantastic, but i would LOVE to get more blocks based around transforming the ship or customizing the decoration styles of the blocks or maybe logos/ vinyls
Oh nice! Great to see you back, for a third update, hmmm we alwaýs love new parts. I'm sure some other players have far better concepts than me.

An extra button to release the finished reproduced Fighter would be cool. So I can slow down to release it instead of it crashing into my ship

perhaps polishing the endless wave mode into a proper game mode. restricted cash flow, endlessly increasing difficulty. high scores even. would bring a ton of replayability once the campaign has been completed

A type of grappler weapon that drains the target's energy much more rapidly than an energy absorber.

Antimatter Reactor that gives massive EPS but explodes dealing indiscriminatory damage around it. Perhaps have 3 size values.

Player-made ships can be encountered in the exploration mode? Because I have made a few autofactories and published them to the workshop, and still only find the default autofacs in exploration mode.

The ability to sell multiple items at the same time, and the ability to automatically sell certain items when they are collected.

Also, we should also be able to exclude certain items/qualities from being auto-sold.

Also, modules floating in the sector are very CPU-greedy. Game caps at 2 SECONDS PER FRAME within a quarter of the Support Our Fleet mission.

Perhaps give us more control over ship evolutions, such as being able to have enemies evolve modules of random rarities, as well as having the evolution mode be as optimized as possible (maximize FPS in pool mode and maximize battle simulation speed, even have multiple simulated battles simultaneously)

I d die if u could fiddle something like a survival mode.

Homeworld storyish and ftl gameplay. After each map u can choose between 2 or 3 options and pick the next encounter/map. Some ideas:

- Shop, Casino, Hangar, Repairbay, Bar
- Minefield, navigate through + maybe rouge attack
- Asteroidfield, slow corridor + fastish moving asteroids in a line + survival timer
- Colony, only pve but low gain due to civil quests only
- Convoy, defend or attack szenario. Makes use of cool map border setups
- Stations, attack run or defend
- Nebulaes, rouge attacks or rouge base
- Ressource fields, for the harvesters
- Space graveyards, maybe some nice chests Guarded by a Boss
- Captain encounters, really small map and 1 on 1 encounter against Captains (perhaps even player builds)

Maybe even some economy, shop or lost components tweaks for that mode to make it more of a survival and it will be hyped as the next FTL. I m beeing serious, that would be the game some $million$ gamers are waiting for since FTL, FTL with the freedom to build ur ship from the scratch <3

Some other ideas:

- A library for encounters where one can put downloaded ships

- Different shaped building grids. Maybe player has to choose or befriend a faction for a new design. That would change the square meta to a nicer look.

- A PvP mode where u challange a friend or community member with ur ship, he/she chooses a defending ship and then autoplay does the rest.

- Workshop for szenarios

2 more things i d like to metion:

1. Could u pleeeaaaassssseeeee do something about the 'middle point' of the factory. I build a symetric ship, but the centres for the factories aren't symetric and don t allow for 2 symetric factory-ships, or sometimes even for only 1 ship at all. Always brings me down :(
