And the fact that you were able to do this before any of the console release sounds quite promising.
Congratulations guys, you've earned it!
Children of Morta breaks, even just a few days after release!
Children of Morta breaks even, just a few days after release!
I've been reading it as the first one for a couple days.. Likely you missed a few sales because of that :/
Thanks a lot, everyone!
That's a valuable piece of feedback! It was pretty clear to us but indeed - could be interpreted differently, especially among posts about patches. I've fixed the title. :)
Steam + GOG Stores !
Question: What engine did you use ?
Godot / Unity / UE4 / Custom ?
Question: Will you be adding 2-4 player online before end of 2019?
Question: Can you please add Linux support
If the game supports OpenGL 4.x + SDL2 + openAL
then it shouldnt be too hard to add Linux support
UE4+Unity+Godot all support Linux platform
Hi there!
Thanks for your questions!
1. We've used Unity. You can learn more about it here: https://unity3d.com/2d-game-development-case-stories/children-of-morta
2. Online co-op is coming and is our priority if it comes to updating the game. However, we don't have a date set in stone, yet. And we are sticking to 2-players co-op.
3. We plan to add Linux support, yes. Again, can't promise any dates at the moment.
Cheers! :)
Congratulations! That's really great to hear that you've made back what you put into the game so quickly!
My girlfriend and I look forward to many more hours working together and I personally can't wait to see both what you have planned for this game, and what your team does next!
I am not a dev or person involved with this game
