need help to start armored fist 3 under win 10 o.O

when i try to start the game, i become error window with massage that the app can´t start correctly (0xc0000022) click "ok" to close...

have someone a solution for this problem?

i found a "bugfix" for win7 pc but this dont work for me -.-
