Does anyone know where I could get a Steam key for this game?

The game came out when I was in middle school and I never got the chance to buy the game before it was delisted, which sucks, because this game looks amazing. Are there any sources left for a steam key?

If you do a google search for: "Sword Coast Legends" "steam key" you will find several re-sellers. But be careful to read the sellers page and make sure the key is a STEAM key not a CD key. Also before spending any money make sure the reseller is not selling vapour, some key sellers are scams, make sure the seller has a decent reputation before the transaction.

I tried looking for a steam key and a steam gift seller but couldn't find anything. Every website was out of stock, but then I found one Steam gift seller that had the game, but they cancelled the order after I placed it. Do you know anywhere else I could get a key?

I dont know the date on how long ago this post was made, but I was just playing Zoria: age of shattering and it made me think of this game and check out the community page. I was a fan of the game, and its too bad the developers went under right after this game released. But Zoria feels like just an updated Sword Coast legends to me. Its not set in the D&D world, but it gives the same vibe.

OP question was from a month ago.
When one checks out this discussion board you may notice dozens of people having asked about how to get STEAM keys. If only there had been as much support for the game while it was live...

Game was very buggy, could hardly play. There's a reason it got delisted...

I played the game completely on release, there were no errors. You must have confused it with some other game

People wanted what Baldurs Gate 3 has given, SCL just wasnt there. The company dropped the ball on a few things and paid heavily for it. We thought we were getting something like BG3 with an amazing world builder, what we got was Diablo 2 with a limited world builder.

yea i have 66 hours and bought it in 2016 I don't remember it being "buggy".

Being that when this game was released BG2 (2000) was already 16 years in the rear-view mirror, the cancelled version of BG3 (2003-Blackhound) was already 13 years cold and at time of release for SCL (2016) there were no hints or rumours of an actual BG3 (2023) happening - I would say other than for the absolute most ardent of fans nobody was expecting this game to be BG anything.

People who thought they were getting a BG3 were seriously deluding themselves as that is not what was advertised. I'll be the first to agree that there was not was not enough DnD in it for those who bought it for the sake of having a DnD authentic experience (then again few CRPG have ever been authentic to whatever was the version of DnD on their release) but there were no serious gamers who thought this game would be a single player BG3 with NWN world builder.

PS. There is absolutely ZERO D2 in this game.

I played this game a bit and never ran into any bugs. It is not a buggy game. And there is no D2 in this whatsoever. It kind of reminds me of Tyranny. I enjoy playing it.
