I have never bought anything like this
To further complicate things there's a cooldown on marketplace purchases. If you were to buy TF2 keys to trade with, you'd have to wait a week to make that trade. And I hope you have Steamguard activated, as it's pretty essential.

Haggling could be done by chat if you want to go ahead, but I can answer any other questions here if you'd like.
I think I'll have to think about it because this is new to me
Also, on a personal note, you're highly unlikely to be scammed by someone who's last PC purchases, other than F1 2019 on Steam, were a review disc of Chop Suey (1995, not really a regular game. There's a worthwhile article searchable at motherboard.vice. com on it) and Samidare (a 2005 Japanese 'indie'/doujin shoot-em up). Neither of those are extortionately priced show-off/commodity items, fortunately.
For the sake of clarity... £25 to £33. I'd 'prefer' PayPal rather than Steam funds as, despite a PC/cooling rebuild, I'm still waiting on a proper GPU.
I'd be willing to pay a lot for one of these gifts, could you add me/msg me? Thanks
