Help us translate Steam
Not sure how much have changed, but back then, your best bet was finding settings .ini file.
One can change one's mouse sensitivity with the UI in-game.
Getting a complete list of console commands would be a job.
When one enters the console (hit F1) and presses a letter, a list of console commands is shown that starts with that letter.
However many don't do anything, or are only for the server administrator.
One could open the UDKInput.ini file or the DefaultInput.ini file
(C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\TOXIKK\UDKGame\Config)
and look for commands in those files.
However I'm not sure that all of these do anything either.
One would have to experiment.
Probably going through the UDKInput.ini and DefaultInput.ini files and looking for interesting commands would be a good start.
But be careful not to make any changes. You don't want to screw up your game key bindings.
