List of console commands?
Since we don't have access to options while in-game, it would be extremely handy.
Nothing fun in discovering my mouse sensitivity is slightly off and I should choose to suffer or leave the match.

It's now more than half a decade after your question, but me and some friends were having the very same question yesterday. Pity that there seems to be no answer to this question as the problem is still very much a problem.

Oh, I'm still subscribed to this thread 8)
Not sure how much have changed, but back then, your best bet was finding settings .ini file.

Well, the initial problem must have been solved a long time ago, since one can access options in-game.
One can change one's mouse sensitivity with the UI in-game.

Getting a complete list of console commands would be a job.
When one enters the console (hit F1) and presses a letter, a list of console commands is shown that starts with that letter.
However many don't do anything, or are only for the server administrator.

One could open the UDKInput.ini file or the DefaultInput.ini file
(C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\TOXIKK\UDKGame\Config)
and look for commands in those files.
However I'm not sure that all of these do anything either.
One would have to experiment.

Probably going through the UDKInput.ini and DefaultInput.ini files and looking for interesting commands would be a good start.
But be careful not to make any changes. You don't want to screw up your game key bindings.

It's just strange. On Wikipedia I read that the game is based on the Unreal 3 Engine. Extrapolating from that one might assume, that the config values and commands of UE3 should be available here as well. But after some trying I think they don't.
