Any way to disable all the video effects?

Gameplay looks pretty good but the graphic style they chose looks abysmal with so many annoying effects. Any way to disable them all? And can anyone please provide a video how it looks with all of them disabled?

What comes to mind from the videos I saw: Bloom, fog, lens flare, B-B-B-bloody screen, weather effects, motion blur, particles on screen

Other problems I noticed: incredibly dark alleys where you can't see anything, some weapons look like you are holding a mini-sun in your hand, head bobbing

It has a lot of tweaks and fixes but there's one thing I would like to point out. Changing OneFrameThreadLag=True to False will more or less cut your FPS in half due to how the Unreal 3 Engine works. So I'd suggest leaving that on, but that's just me.

I don't know if these settings affect it but to turn off fog and such, you can use the "FogDensity 0" command in the console, that should clear it up.
