I won a game, now I can't find any servers with anyone on in quick play?

People use the Toxikk Steam ID to play some pirated games. You can see some people referencing this in the game reviews.
Like "no I am absolutely not playing the Long Drive" etc.
Also some gamers just don't like playing against other people and would prefer to play against bots on their local machine.
