having problems

So I bought the game fairly recently and was able to go in the server browser & customize my guy first few times I ran the game. Now it is telling me to buy the game I already purchased. Any idea what's wrong?

Did you change anything on your end?
Logged in with a different Steam account or using Steam's offline-mode?
In the main menu of the game, in the upper right corner, is there a spinning icon saying "synchronizing" or do you see your SC and rank?

not that I know of, any it's fixed now. I reinstalled it & restarted steam, not sure what fixed it but one of them had to. Thanks
