^TRUE^, but the big problem is it was made for Win95. I don't need a remake of the graphics, just an upgrade to newer PC's.

I think the game needs an uppdate for the resolution, rest is fine.

I downloaded the Demo for MI3 and used it with Scummvm and it worked fine.

i know this conversation is a little old, but i would like to get my 2 cents out. i'd rather see monkey island 4 remade. it had some great story line, but the interface was horrible. i'd like to see it re-made in the same perspective and controls as the original games...of course, i dont believe that would actualy ever happen. changing the perspective of the game is too big of a change...but i do think that was the game's biggest flaw.

monkey island 3's graphics were substantially better then the first 2. it could be smoothed out a little, but it really is just the game engine that needs an update. i forget how i got 3 to work on 64bit windows 7, but i think i had to download a 3rd party 64bit installer for the game.

I agree! MI4 wasn't a bad game by any means, but in its attempt to jump into the 3D, it suffered from terrbile graphics. So yes, I would also like to see MI4 remade.
