Gta 5 PC keyboard issue

For some reason my forward key `w` is not working properly in this game, it works well in other games and for general purpose but fails to respond properly here

Look in menu in the settings, keyboard configuration, it might be bind to something else for whatever reason (it shouldn't be, it works just fine for me, but it's a possibility). Maybe there's a conflict with the other options.
