Cell Block E and Dreambind monsters

I have Cell Block E in play and defeated Dreambind monster. In this case, the Dreambind monster is counted as a construct. When it is destroyed and I play it again, the dreambind effect is triggered and I get the monster reward when it is put in play as a construct.

Sorry I don't have screenshot to elaborate but I wonder if anybody else has tested it out.
Can anybody explain to me whether this sequel is legitimate or not?
