The problem with achievements

Are achievements for obtaining all cosmetic items, catching all fish, and perfecting prepared still not possible?
I've literally bought every item in every store, opened every possible chest on every map, and explored every inch of every map, but I'm still missing one cosmetic item
I also caught and perfectly prepared all the fish in the game (even several times, thinking that I had missed something), but I didn't get any achievements for it
Has anyone else encountered this? Or am I the only one?

The achievements for all cosmetic items and catching all fish are currently possible. I believe perfectly prepared is currently bugged. I don't know if its required but i did buy the repeated cosmetics in the global collection in each fishing area. For catching all fish, there are 2 new fish added in the newest patch. The unnamed fish which spawns very rarely just under where the legendary fish in Point Nemo spawns, and the red herring which spawns in Outer Banks inside the sunken ship with the chain attached.

I actually left with the last cosmetics as well. Pretty sure i bought up all the cosmetics available in the shop.

Does anyone perhaps have a picture of all the cosmetics?

Lucky! You asked the only one i knew cuz it was my last also. That's the pirate shirt. You can find it in Outer Banks area, right side of map, inside the ship with chain attached. Its in the chest. Don't know how i missed it before but seems like i wasn't the only one.

This one got me too, I found an answer on another discussion, it's in a secret tunnel by the trash circle at Point Nemo, right side. it's tiny!
