[Ubuntu 16.04] Game won't start, maybe openssl-error
Hello there,
I tried to launch the game today, didn't start at all.
Shortly there's "Running" written next to it, then "Syncing" and that's it.

I tried to open Steam via Console and got some output while starting the game:

ERROR: ld.so: object '/home/k****/.local/share/Steam/ubuntu12_32/gameoverlayrenderer.so' from LD_PRELOAD cannot be preloaded (wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS32): ignored. openssl: /home/k****/.local/share/Steam/ubuntu12_32/steam-runtime/amd64/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libssl.so.1.0.0: version `OPENSSL_1.0.2' not found (required by openssl) openssl: /home/k****/.local/share/Steam/ubuntu12_32/steam-runtime/amd64/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libcrypto.so.1.0.0: version `OPENSSL_1.0.2' not found (required by openssl) openssl: /home/k****/.local/share/Steam/ubuntu12_32/steam-runtime/amd64/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libcrypto.so.1.0.0: version `OPENSSL_1.0.2g' not found (required by openssl) grep: symbol lookup error: grep: undefined symbol: pcre_jit_stack_alloc LifeIsStrange: crash reporter initialised with path "/home/k****/.local/share/feral-interactive/Life Is Strange/crashes"

After the last entry there's plenty about a new crash-report being written, containing this:

/home/k****/.local/share/Steam/ubuntu12_32/steam-runtime/amd64/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libtinfo.so.5: no version information available (required by bash)

I'm using Ubuntu 16.04 with kernel 4.7rc6, along with RX480.
Other games work perfectly (e.g. Portal 2, Pixel Dungeon).

Can somebody help?

This sounds like an issue with your setup. To play on an AMD 480 with Mesa drivers you'll need to be running the latest kernel.

I would check you have the latest kernel and updated version of Mesa. AMDGPUPRO drivers are not supported at this time.
