#1: The cut from the in-game footage to the trailer footage with the animatronics looking at the camera. It's noticably jarring and would probably do you better just using the full trailer footage for that scene.
#2: The font. I feel it doesn't fit the style of the game, and personally, I think the original font in the trailer fits better.
#3: The lack of sound, it just doesn't work too well. The static transitions have no noise, and there's very little noise at all.
Now with that being said, both trailers are quite well done and I think they hold up well. Just maybe look for a method to record without it getting your mouse, seeing that kind of messes with the trailers.
