This game will not open on my laptop. My computer meets all the system requirements. I'll click on the play button, an icon appears on the task bar for a second, then nothing. The icon dissappears and the game never launches. No error messages, no pop ups, nothing. Any ideas?...

I'm in the area with the scaffolding and trying to put it all together -- i was staring at it for 10 minutes trying to figure out why i was being bested by a children's game. Looked up a guide and there's a huge part of the bottom of the screen that is cut off...where the last 2 pieces of scaffolding are. I changed from fullscreen to windowed and it's still cut off -- is the game unplayable? is there a way around this?...

Started playing this game and I don't like it at all. I have all the Her Nancy Drew game, have played & replayed them. This is the first Dossier game I have played. Fortunately I got it on sale. I am still going to try and get my money back because I don't think I can stand playing anymore of this game. Juvenile graphics. Game played is boring & repetitive....
