mouse looks up spinning in circles

I was fine playing before, but then I returned to the game the 2nd time only for me to be unable to play it. My character just looks up and spins in circles and I have no clue who to fix this.

1. Check if "Controller" is disabled (it most likely is by default), but just make sure it isn enabled if it somehow is.
1. Enable "Raw Mouse Input"
That solved the issue for me, as i also had this myself
