Very cool approach to the Tower Defense genre. The ability to move your own towers as well as enemies is certainly not something I'm used to in these types of games. This allows the player to shift their defense on the fly to a certain extent. No more letting your base take damage because one or two stray enemies made it past your towers, because in this game you can just pick the enemies up and move them back in range of a tower or just move a tower in range of the enemy.

I guess the real test is to see how this plays out when the map is littered with tens of towers and enemies where simply picking up 1 of either at a time may not matter as much as it would on a less populated map. Though there is something to be said for the fact that your tower can still shoot while you are carrying it! And that's not even taking into account the fact that maps can have other non-tower structures and objects you can carry and throw/place to help quell the hordes of enemies.
