Stuck at betting stub part (spoilers?)

I can't think of what I'm doing wrong. I give the attendant ticket with correct numbers - 2nd week, Tuesday, 6th race. But I always get 'Cats again?' from Manny and the attendant - 'Better luck next time.'

Are you using a walkthrough or something? Why are you giving the attendant THAT particular ticket and expecting anything different?

Hello, I'm stuck at that part, too. I already got Lola's coat, the photo from Toto etc. I had to take a look at a walkthrough and it says: "Open up the betting stub printer. Print out a ticket for
Week, 2 Tuesday, Race 6. Give the ticket to the Photo Finish Window guy and you
will get the photo of Nick and Olivia." The photo finish guy IS the guy who keeps saying the thing about the Kitty hats, right? Or am I missing something there?? I already gave him the correct stub and nothing happens.

There are in fact two identical counters with two identical looking guys, a friendly one and an unfriendly one who is the one with the kitty hats as I remember. But the friendly one is the right to give him the ticket.

The nearest I got was 02 Tues 07. It seems the event doesn't want to trigger but I can't figure out what else there is to do.

from the stuffed cat? after you get lolas coat from the chek in girl you should get a note that says the rustty anchor.
That can be used in 2 places, Glottis at the piano (if he is already in the VIP section then there is no way to have him sing the rusty anchor song) and give it to toto the scimjaw/ tattoo artist.
After you talk to toto you should be able to get the correct photo from the counter guy.

I did the Tattoo section and got the photo from Toto which gave the clue for the Ticket yeah? But I enter details 02 Tues and 06 but I no option to print out a ticket. Glottis is indeed in the VIP section.

are you using keyboard or mouse? if you are using keyboard you should be able to press either left or right until the finger hovers over the cat at the top.

When it as at the top you should press down to make it print. for some reason up doesnt work.

You need to be printing the stub in the room with the counters... I think.
