Is there a command that i can remove properties with? Like a reverse setowned? I would like to play with the storage room only.

why not just close your other properties down and pretend they don't exist or are unowned? Having them flagged as unowned in the game won't change anything other than the dialog of the Realtor npc

i would prefer them not being there, its like the game is forcing me to buy the sweatshop and i would rather play the game my own way.
