Now maybe a few people aren't buying from them, who knows. But, my dealers always sell out.
The only thing different I have to do is make sure my dealer in suburbia has heavenly quality coke instead of standard because those Karens won't purchase standard quality.
when someone doesnt understand the difference between difficulty and QOL/pacing improvement it makes me sad.
The game is easy regardless of if he change nothing or add everything i said. What changes is pacing and quality of life for the player. Inconveniences for the sake of inconvenience is not good game design nor is it challenging , its time wasting. Which is the least valuable type of mechanics and systems in games.
Is it a good mechanic to have shelves run out of stock in around 4-6 hours of a game day for you to then have to spend the rest of the in game day restocking those shelves...no.
Is it a good mechanics to have delivery vans capped at 320 when that will only stock a single item twice or 2 items once...nope.
Is it good to have handlers with an odd number of jobs vs an even number when much of the processes require equal amount of movement 3 shelves to 3 places is 6 not 5, 2 shelves to 2 places is 4 not 5....Even numbers work better here, even 6 handler jobs would be a massive improvement.
the lack of automation options for your business is limiting, is it good to make you do busy work like click on a computer and drag a bar 4 times a day? nope.
I agree with 15 even though i like how it is right now because i just sell to everyone at curfew because the 20% bonus and at 4am there timer stops at 2 hours left to finish the deal so you never miss selling to anyone.
Bunkbeds a good idea
An idea I did not see you say anything about is i think you should be able to move employees to other properties if you need them at say the barn but they are at the house and you have no need for them at the house anymore.
14 is meh to me i pawn off all the ones that dont buy much to my dealers and i keep the ones like Jessi for myself so i make more money.
9 I 100% agree with because that 200 dollar shipping fee for the small amount you get i just use he veeper and go buy the stuff my self.
my issue with npc cash, is because some of them are too low, i never deal with them, and havent got dealers assigned to them which makes them ...some what useless and inefficient regards to their existence.
I do have afew suggestions though.
- 8 stations for employees instead of 4. This would be nice as at the moment they do a little bit of work and loiter around the rest of time, I don't feel as though I'm getting my moneys worth out of them, especially when you're making meth.
- Instead of loitering out the front of the property, employees could loiter around on their bed, either be sleeping or be on their phone chilling or something, or reading a book.
- An Iron man mode so getting caught by the police actually has consequences instead of just being able to reload and play like nothing happened.
- Way more police patrolling around, especially when the curfew is on.
- A wanted system similar to GTA but in that there are tiers but not exactly like it say with the star representations of those tiers. More serious crimes attract more and better equipped police.
for deliveries: yes increase the capacity massively AND let us save the last order so that we can just repeat it. its THE bottleneck in endgame to refill your mixing ingredients.
I would also love to see renaming of containers in vanilla, i use a mod for it currently and it removes a lot of the headache with Handler routing. Handlers being able to unpack would also be awesome.
the only way for any of this to get back to developers is for someone here in the discussions to think this is actually a good idea and go report it to the discord, which is why these discussions actually exist.
yes, this is the community forum, not the developer forum, that means for the dev to read this he would have to go out of his way and filter through all the bs just to see this one post.
that's not how it works, which is why this isn't going to be seen by tyler.
but, if a few people who are connected with him on discord see this and say: these are great ideas and then present them on discord, that's diifferent.
just clarifying, while the discussions here AREN'T seen by developers, there is nothing stopping people from suggesting them to the developer in the correct channels aka discord.
Yes please!!
I mean the dealers sell whatever you give them.. quality has 0 affect on that. You can give them basic OG Kush or make a mega mix with 8 ingredients and you get basically the same money. So just give them 50 jars of OG Kush every week and call it a day.
