BSOD when starting FSX
Hello Everyone,

First off, I would like to say that I’m very knowledgeable with this game. I have been playing FSX since 2006 and understand the compatibility issues that stands right now.

But since I update my Windows 10 to the latest (aka service pack) update this month. My FSX will crash on boot up. I’m getting the BSOD of death crash. Everything has been working fine before this update
I already try erasing my fsx.cfg, creating a new logbook.bin and some other stuff. Are there anyone else having this problem or can you please share your thoughts on other stuff I can do to get my game back running and everything.

Some are having issues with the latest update. It has been removed.

It did not break my FSX but it did tamper with my ownerships and permissions. Since upgrading, I have lost some permissions and now I am working toward getting them back. A PC is no longer our PC since Microsoft now controls all owerships.

I keep a FSX software developement computer with Windows 7 so at least I can be the Super Administrator.

Dont think this is causing my problem. I know it has something to do with the update though. All Microsoft mention is people only being able to update through MCT, but as of right now. Microsoft is slowly pushing the update out to everyone else that doesn't have it. Base on what I'm reading through the internet.
