need help about dojos and finding a hand to hand style

sooo iv been looking around the internet trying to find my last hand to hand fighting style and it is call nightly pleasure. iv found i need a rank 5 dojo and all women in my dojo. so i got a list of things i need help on and ill list em if yall can help me that would be awsome.
1. do i also need to be a women to get the person that has it to come?
2. how do i rank up a dojo and stuff never messed around with the dojo
3. can i get any lady to join or only weapon thiefs and duelists
4.and lastly who is the person that drops it and other then rank 5 all women dojo how do i get them to come over

3) yes but thieves and duelists won't join, i suggest getting as many blondie knights from the consolate as possible
4) you'll know he's the one when you see him, and he will be a random dojo challenger.

I'm having a hard time meeting this dude... I've got a 5-star dojo with all women, no problem. (None of them are combatant, mind - just girls, ladies, wives, nurses, harlots, geishas, and a single Foreign Lady.) But after a few dozen 'challengers'... it's just the blond girl, and the bikini sisters, over and over and over again.

Does it need to be done on a high difficulty, or something? I'm just running on Normal...

The types of girls are important. For example maids from the consulate gives 2 points, while the nurses at the hospital 4 points. Harlots 3 points.

Don't remember the details (i've yet to get this though)

I have a harem dojo using mostly foreign women and girls. It was just the luck of the draw for me, but I got a five-star out of it just fine. I think the blondies are a good choice, though, for advancement.

It took me a while to get the pervert to challenge me, and I had to fight more than one, but it's there. It's just pretty rare. Keep at it!
