Is full campaign co-op still planned?

I thought I heard about a full co-operative story mode, or will it just be the competitive and sandbox multiplayer modes?

they said it on some of their old tweet i think. it says that they will work on competitive multiplayer then they work on the co-op on the story one. but i'm not to sure either

Full campaign co-op was the main draw for me. I have only seen this feature in two metroidvanias (Guacamelee and Greedy Guns). Still hoping that it will be implemented in Rain World.
This game looked like a love project. It's kind of sad when those games gets an unfinished release, and the devs go radio silent :/. Would love if the devs could tell us if the game is still being worked on. :)

This game is far from unfinished, it's actually quite refined and playable, though it will still get updates. The devs have said a smaller update would appear shortly after 1.5, though nobody knows what the update would be or when it will be released.

I know. The choice of wording was colored by my disappointment. I have followed this project for quite some time. I am so excited by several of its features (Huge ecosystem, no handholding, befriending of predators, gorgeous visuals). However, (like a slugcat?), I'm a pack animal. Thus I was very excited to bring my pack with me on this adventure. And equally disappointed when the game was released, with very little information as to when/if the coop mode would be implemented. :)

I bought this game mostyl for co-op with my partner. That and because I thought the devs deserved to be supported. The procedureal animation stuff is incredible.

I'm super excited for co-op to be officially implemented. Any chance of an ETA?
