How do I get catapult

I am nearing the end of SF3 Ref. and I am currently in "The Eye", this swamp area.

Enemy has 1000 catapults and I have 0. I have upgraded my barracks, but there is no catapult icon.

How do I get catapults?

did you do the red upgrade instead of the blue one ?
barracks can evolve in drill halls or support guarison, catapults are in the guarison

Oh yes that was it, I had chosen the wrong Bararck upgrade. Thanks!
