After doing the port forwarding in your router, you may need to restart your whole network.
Power everything off. Wait 60 secs. Power on modem. Wait. Power on any router after that. Wait. Finally power on your PC.

Any port triggering rule or DMZ may take priority over what you've set for the port forwarding rule.

If there are other gaming PCs or game consoles on your network, they might already be using port 3074, so you'll need to use port 3075 instead.

If you're internet modem is a modem/router combo which then goes through a router, you may have 2 different routers to do the forwarding on.

See the info on how to config your router at portforward.com.
This is a summary of what portforward.com reccomends for BO3

Put your PC in the DMZ via your Router and see what happens with your NAT type in game(Moderate or Open). If that fixes it then take your Router back out of the DMZ and Port Forward the below and make your PC IP address static on your LAN.

I used these ports to get my NAT open.
Service Name Port Range Protocol TCP/UDP
BO3 3074 BOTH
BO3 3478 BOTH
BO3 4379:4380 BOTH
BO3 27000:27050 BOTH

Good luck! :elite:

Maybe this will help. If you look at your router's services, (Computer->Network->Your Router->Properties->Settings), do you see the DemonwarePortMapping? If not, try adding port 3074 UDP.
Problem solved , telstra air was stopping port forwarding , obviously now they want everyone to be wifi hotspot through home router and it blocks ports , i disabled it off whammo open NAT , luckily i didnt spend $120 au for telstra support tech , thanks for the ideas guys , hope someone else with this issue finds this thread and fixes there's also . :)
