Black screen and unresponsive on startup

When I launch the game, it automatically goes into unresponsive, with a black screen

After several tests, the problem comes from my audio drivers

I use Voicemeeter, and when I deactivate my pilots
“Voicemeeter aux input” and “voicemeeter vaio3 input”, the game no longer crashes

Except, I use equivalent drivers for “voicemeeter input” and the VB Cable A / B / C / D

What do you think would be a problem?

OMG I was looking for a solution for my same problem for months until I found your post. It must have to do with something with voicemeeter conflicting with BO3 but I don't know the specifics. However, I would like to generously thank you for fixing my game. As soon as I disable all Voicemeeter drivers my game miraculously worked and I ran it with them on and it would give the same issue. weird.

Just "Voicemeeter aux input” and “voicemeeter vaio3 input” in devmgmt
