Who is your ISP (internet service provider) and what's your location/region? Maybe it is a temporal/regional issue?

I also encountered this issue. I can't get online no matter what I do.

ISP is Vodafone Germany ipv4 (I extra switched from ipv6 because the game was otherwise regularly disconnecting and wouldn't work correctly).

Ok, you both are from Germany, maybe you also have the same internet service provider? or router model?
Inoue senseI May 31, 2017 @ 5:50am
vodafone but it worked all fine before the maintenance
123 May 31, 2017 @ 5:55am
also vodafone ipv4. it worked well before and all other things except sfv still work

ok, I've tested my connection right now (also Germany) but Telekom ISP, it works fine here, no login issues, so my first guess is that Vodafone COULD be the reason, they had DS-Lite issues in the past after all.

Do you have an option to test a different internet connection? maybe via tethering / mobile?

Could you please re-verify that you still have IPv4 and and a public/reachable external IP? + port forwarding?

You should also write a letter to Capcom support, provide them with the following information::
- Your Capcom Fighter’s Network (CFN) ID
- Your IP address (this can be found by visiting http://whatismyipaddress.com)
- Your PSN and/or Steam Username
- The region of your PSN and/or Steam Username
- Your current Country & Region
- The region of your version of Street Fighter V
- Whether you are using a VPN
- Type of Router
- Name of your Internet Service Provider
- Whether your network protocol is IPV4 or IPV6 (your Internet Service Provider can provide you with this information)
- The date and time you last received a connection error (please include time zone)
- Finally, please visit http://t1.re/ and click “Start Speed Test” and copy and paste the results in your e-mail / customer ticket.

Register + Login + Report it here (use the blue iFrame):
http://www.capcom-unity.com/go/capcom/support

You will get a ticket immediately and can track it afterwards.

I see, hopefully this issue will be fixed for all of you ASAP.

I would suggest writing a letter to Capcom and call Vodafone support in the meantime.
