Is it posible to reach level 8 at the music club minigame?

I have S rank every song in all the difficulties except "wake up your hero" on pro and i got almost all the gold stars, currently I am level 7 and to reach level 8 you need 950 XP, the only thing that gives you XP (that I know so far) on the minigame is getting the songs to rank "A" (giving you 50 XP for reaching it) and rank "S" (that gives 100 XP) for the first time on each diffuculty of all songs. Now i have 770 XP and like I said before you need 950 XP to reach level 8 at the club but like I mentionated I "S" rank all songs in all the difficulties except "Wake up your hero" on pro difficulty wich i have on Rank "A", but Reaching Rank "S" would only give me 100 XP so if i am not an idiot that would put me at 870 XP, wich means that i would need 80 XP more to reach level 8.
SO here the question, is it a bug? is my game broken? or is it literally impossible to do until future updates?

There is city life event where you train in music club. You get 100 music club exp

There's a time after school where you can practice with the music club, it'll cost 1 energy and as mentioned above you'll get 100 exp towards the club. Just do that event, pick any song and just play through it. It takes a lot of days to build it up.
