any chance for Dagoth Ur DLC?

ESO takes place before Morrowind, right? Is there any chance of a DLC focused on Dagoth?

I'm thinking a cult of loyal Ashlanders want to contact Dagoth Ur and break Azura's curse, restoring them to full-fledged Chimer once again.

I don't think it should involve the heart of Lorkhan because that would break continuity. But maybe they could use some forbidden conjuration magic to summon Dagoth's ethereal form, so he can speak to his loyal followers from whatever part of Aetherius he is stuck in. They can't revive him because they would need the heart to do that, but maybe they can speak with him, and get his help to break Azura's curse?

Bonus points if you play as a Dunmer and can finish the quest by helping Dagoth and unlock Chimer customization options for your character appearance.

Of course this would absolutely infuriate the Tribunal, and they would send Morag Tong assassins to hunt you down if you side with Dagoth.

Dagoth Ur is "dreaming" right now in the heart of Red Mountain, he won't awaken until 2E 882 (near the end of the Second Era). ESO takes place in the span of 2E 578 - 2E 582 at the moment.

A cult could still make contact with him. Like a cultist would make contact with a elder horror from the Cthulhu universe but not actually wake it up yet.

Yeah, that could work. Like we see his Sleepers and other cult members could be gathering to gain more power, perhaps even attempt to wake their God up early.

There is the "sixth" house on Vvardenfell. That's the closest, I think, to what you are talking/asking about. They talk about "dreaming" in a quest in the Forgotten Wastes public dungeon.
