Exact release time for Chapter 4?

I am really looking forward to the new chapter update. Since it release on 6th of Oct. What time exactly will it be to release it? Like what time will it be in AEDT time zone?

That's because it is only 8:45pm, October 5th in the Pacific Date/Time zone, where Vancouver, Canada and Hinterland are... you need to convert North America Pacific Time to the Date/Time Zone you are into see when it will start for your region.
