What do you guys look for in a Life RP Server?

Hello, I am wondering what you guys look for when you are choosing a Life RP Server?

Often i dont like kits but thats just my opinion BUT if you do have it have more then like lets say 10 jobs to choose from and be a bit more specific not the basic ♥♥♥♥ like police, theif ect and im not saying dont do these just dont be basic and uh that stupid thing that some servers do where you have to work your way upp to get specific jobs. Stop. Just stop its time wasting.
