Best way to break a door

It really depends, you can pretty much use anything to break a door but it depends what material it's made out of, i'd use a breaching charge if your trying to be a little more clean if your raiding a base. But of course any explosive or high caliber round works just as well.

Go through the wall, most doors are stronger than their wall counterparts.

Just destroy the doorway 'coz even if the doorway is wooden (pine, maple, etc) it is weaker than the door.

Only because the only lockable door is the metal door, and most people make their base out of wood.

If they are all the same material, doors and shutters would have less HP than walls, and walls have less HP than floors and roofs.
