Discover the easter egg to unlock all achievements
Anyone figure it out? I tried clicking every button my keyboard. I tried reaching 100 billion on the counter. Tried clicking on every object in the background of the apple. Don't know what else to try.

Edit: Press 7 and L keys simultaneously

Tap 7L (don't use a numpad, use alphanumeric). Try lowercase l or uppercase L. It works. If don't - repeat until it works.
