Need help - modding ships cargo hold

Hi everyone, i am having a little problem in modding the ship cargo hold, i can find it, and change the file to incress the cargo hold of any ship, but the problem is, i can only do it, if i copy the entire file of entities.json to the mod one

i tryed copying just the ship information to the modded file, but then, it dont work, how much of the file i need to copy to alter just the ship parameters, and keep everything else outside the modded file?

from where, and to where i need to copy the ship informations, so i can make the mod work, without needing to copy the entire entities.json file?

There is no "entities.json" file. "entities" is a folder. Was it qualities.json ?

If it was, maybe you forgot to put square brackets [ ] around the entire thing.

yes, sorry about that, it is indeed qualities.json on the entities folder (i have no idea how i got that wrong)

and yes, i was not putting the brackets, thanks, little question tho, do you know the minimum amout of text can i do it?, i tested with severals sizes, but the only one i got working was copying the entire ships parameters, wich is a lot, but i can make the job done with this, thanks again

I think you have to copy all of the parameters for each ship, yes.
