I can't start the game

When i click the grand chase icon its work for a while then, when the screen finish loaded, it just dissapear, pls fix this

I also cant start the game. When i click play it only shortly says preparing to launch game and than that shortly dissappears.
Manually Starting the file "grandchase.exe" from the steam folder normally starts the launcher and i can also normally login but if i do that it wont use steam. So i cannot link my steam account to grandchase and steam also doesnt recognize me playing it.
Trying to start the file "gcsteam.exe" doesnt do anything.

Grand Chase and Elsword aren't opening. I'd like to try them out... do they usually work and are you guys often having problems with these games by this company?

I also have these problems with starting the game. I opened it via STEAM and starting client will pop up but in a few seconds it just disapear.
I read, that it could be a problem with their anti-hacking and cheating application 'xTrap' because it's reacting very sensitive to background applications like anti-virus, keyboard, mouse, or/and headset-software etc.
I will wait for a few days, because I will definetly not close my background programs for this.

**FIX-WORKAROUND: Close Steam completely (make sure it isn't running in the background), and open ...\SteamLibrary\SteamAps\common\Grand Chase\grandchase.exe. No need to turn off my firewall (Windows default) or antivrus (Bitdefender - screw Windows Defender) yet so appearently it's not that. The game works, it's just not launchable with Steam running. Same goes for Elsword, also by KOG. If you are Windows Explorer handicapped, you'll have to wait for a fix . I'm brand new to this game (never launched from Steam) but I don't see any perks to launching from Steam besides counting time played. BFD! Are there ANY KOG games launching properly from Steam? Seems like a problem for KOG.

Omg this is happening to me also :( Im from Canada which means my region should not be blocked so like wtf. When i click play in my game library then brings me up to say yes or no for the application to make changes so i click yes then nothing even happens ! Please fix this
