ikr no one gives an answer that helps. I have the same problem but when i changed the res to somthing smaller it crashed and now won't open. I had to download it off the main website so i can play but I really want to play GrandChase on Steam I really enjoy the auto-logg in thing i can never get past the loading screen before it says the Error I really hope this problem is solved if i find out how tof ix this or someone else does i will tell you but atm you would have to re-download Grand chase from the website.

Have you tried deleting the ResolutionSetting.dat file from your Grand Chase directory?
