achievement unlock seems not work out and Hidden coins?
I have played about over 90 mins, but not even single one achievement unlock.
Also, I figure out I have to push progress of story, so that I can get additional coins on the mission. but it said that first hot spring will unlock a bonus coin hidden in the scene, Maybe I should stay in the water longer, instead of doing some lewd stuff?
first update I did find several coins in the scene, but the mouse indicator react target in a small area. better check closely

Ending Bugged and Achievements
I finished the game I collected all 100 coins and I didn't get any special ending. In fact nothing happened after getting 100 coins. I also didn't unlock a single achievement. Anyone know how to see the ending?
