cant fully delete

I've tried removing it several times since its not what i thought it was, but every time i turn my computer on steam prompts me to install it even though I've deleted every file about it on my pc. how do i get it to stop asking me to install it when i start my pc and steam opens...

Ai kept running off screen

I have the "Hide UI" setting turned off, but the ai kept trying to run off screen when another window is opened and it has gotten to a point where I am unable to grab her because she is out of reach from my mouse. I just got the software, so I don't know any of the controls yet. please help....

Every Button opens settings

No matter which button I click (in the right click menu) it opens the settings. I want to change the model and access the workshop, but this bug makes it impossible. I restarted my pc, Steam and reinstalled the software two times, not fixing the issue.
