Account name migration

I downloaded this game from Itch.io and made an account using my steam username. I didnt realize the game was also available on steam so now I cant use my steam name like usual. I basically want to un-link my username from the old account and make it available through steam. I noticed that you guys have been doing this sort of thing manually so I just want to say thank you in advance for being there for the community. My username on the old account is "RaiderCaptGuts" .

merge done,
now your old account RaiderCaptGuts is linked to your Steam profile,
so you're now able to use it both from Steam or standalone game client.
