There could be 2 accuracy levels for the bots: standard and precise. Standard would be for when they are simply looking at your screen. Precise would be for when you attack, assuming you are in their field of view at the time. If they are in your field of view, they could have a chance of noticing and turning toward you. If you stand still for long periods, that could also bump their accuracy from standard to precise.
Now that i think of it, you could have like a catch the targets multiplayer/single player mode where there would be random targets around the map and like murder mystery, you would have the location of 3 of the targets, where there is a total of 12. 3 "known" locations for each person. and then make the players run around trying to hunt them XD
