yeh most the maps are all the same theme, large ravines. The ice on the snow map is nice and the openish plain on the desert map is fun.

you realise you are in the early release section of Steam right? we are aiming to get to a minimum of 9 maps to you guys as fast as possible, they will include maps from new planets too - once we have a good spread of maps across all tiers we will begin polishing them by improving the gameplay balance and boosting the graphical quality of the maps.

Robocraft and other similar indie games would not exist if it wasn't for this early access type of process - 5 guys made this core game on a shoe-string, this is the only process we could take to grow the game, i'd say to everyone, please be patient with our problems, bug and crashes, stay with us and help us grow, one day we are going to be HUGE and that will be all down to what you guys do now :)

Its not released its in early access and none forced you to get it, on top of that its free and very well done compared to some other early access games i wont mention. Many games would not b made without this system as they need the funding throughout the development process, not everyone can have EA throwing money at them until they pump out games.

When will I be able to buy premium through Steam?

You can now - make sure steam is running, launch Robocraft and hit "TAB" key when in the mothership to release the mouse cursor, then select the Add Premium button at the top right of the screen, just select the length of time you require and bingo bango baby !

actually this game has enough content to be considered a finished game on its own. I honestly haven't seen any bugs yet and tbh, the current maps are good. I actually said to myself yesterday that the maps are really nice. It's the type of game where you get to recognize the maps more and more and play differently on them.


Game will get better and better obviously. Not to mention it is free and it ain't pay2win either. I hate pay2wins, but this game does it right. They should really look into adding more vanity items (The fun ones with flags and such) Those will earn good income. I mean Dota 2 and such games (CS:GO) etc make laods with just custom skins and such.

There is no disadvantage for early access. Plus it's free and if we participate and co-ordinate with the developers we can get more of what we want.
