Has a save game editor been released yet?

I could have been sure I had found a thread somewhere where the user suggested modifying the save game and provided a link to an editor. I didn't need it at that time, but now I am thinking I wouldn't mind having the link with me though. My Google foo has deserted me and now I can't seem to find it.

Has an editor been released for DC? I did find one for the DF DLC, but all things point to it not working with DC saves.

The save game editor for SRR/DF still works with DF:DC.

The site linked above appears to have gone away. I can't seem to find a download for this editor people talk about anywhere else. Does anybody know a current URL for this program?

can some one helpme with this? I got it to add some esscense to a save but when its says to go
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\[your_steam_id]\234650\remote\saves.
the 234650 thing never shows up.

that editor does something but i can not see anyway to edit the actual characture with it
