I'm trying to set the game to full screen, no way I'm playing this game in a tiny window. I tried ALT ENTER but that gave me a black screen. Searching the discussions I read a reference to the options menu. Where is the options menu?

I use the fire faster, +1% dmg and more exploding ships medals, but to no avail. Best I could do is 80%

Recently, after beating the entire game, I've decided to check out the custom levels that were included. Among those was a set of 5 levels all sharing the name of "The Cold Truth". Thought nothing of it at first, but judging from story bits presented at the start of those levels, the events take place after all main campaigns. They also seem to directly answer questions, that were either vaguely answered in main story or left for the player to wonder, as well as give new lore regarding certain characters....

As above, I am really digging this game.
