FC4 performance mod for latest version

uh guys, i can run farcry 4, but with 22 fps all the time.
just wondering if there's a tweak to fc4? like lower visible range, less bush or something?

I always update the driver, used low on everything, still 22 fps.
all i need is a graphic tweak like reduced visible/rendering range, lower bush density, lower shadow, etc

hey i know about this even you not telling me, all i ask is a mod, not these.

you can try to use an older version of razor cortex , the new one does not seem to work with far cry 4 as well as version 7 .0 did , but it may help ya get better FPS

i use version 7.0 and yea it boost my FPS a bit even on my lenovo G 505 S laptop that only has an AMD A10 5750 with AMD dual 8650 graphics

works as well with my GTX 960 in my desktop and also my old Dell desktop
(that only had a HD 7750 gpu in it ..of couse i have to use reduced setting on the laptop and the Dell )


FarCry 4 is just hard on a vid chip and you need a decent vid card to get good results

you can get older versions of cortex here

do not expect miracles if you have a laptop GPU

laptop vid chips are usually clocked lower to conserve on heat and power
and never are = to their desktop counterparts

they also many times use your DDR 3 system memory and a slower memory bus speed \ which results in lower performance

if you have stutter in your game see this post on the Ubi forums .. it may help you to reduce it

i have razer cortex and used it until now, and i done that before you posted this T_T.
i have laptop gpu, so yea...
i wish there's mod for this

yea well your laptop GPU probably just is not strong enough for this game
all ya can do is save up for a better system and build a decent desktop with a real graphics card (GTX 960 or Amd 380 or better)

FarCry 4 is just very hard on a GPU and most laptops can't manage good framerates
unless you buy a decent gaming laptop and those are not cheap

i did for a while have a factory overclocked ASUS AMD R 9 270 X vid card in my desktop .. but that card also could not get great FPS in anything but medium \ high settings with FC 4 ..my GTX 960 runs the game decent in 1080 P with a mix of ultra \ high settings ..but i do wish i would have saved up and bought a GTX 970 or better

as far as my laptop i dont even play far cry 4 on it anymore ..the AMD gpu's get hot in that even with a laptop cooling fan under it .. and i do not wanna cook em and end up with a toasted laptop that has no video (an yes that can happen )

if ya feel yours getting too hot put a fan under it

FC 4 is just a very demanding game

not much ya can do with that ..its just a weak GPU with a 64 bit memory interface

Yes, but we didn't know you knew about that. You should start out by giving your system specs, graphics resolution and telling us that you're already running on minimum graphics settings. (You are running on the very, very minimum graphics settings, right?)

There's performance mod for this game, but it's for version 1.5
