Bugfixes
  • Fix for the Enter key in chat triggering actions while being in Research, Colony Management and Audience screens.
  • Fix for the user being able to add items to the AI proposals.
  • Fix for an instance in which after a simulated combat, an AI scout didn’t appear as destroyed.
  • Fix for the cinematic camera mode not turning off when clicking the Cinematic button.
  • Fix for the ship's selection box displaying even after the combat finishes.
  • Fix for how the “show health bar” setting is only working in damaged ships
  • Fix for a crash when saving Single Player games without a timeline.
  • Fix for the estimation of available population for bulk built civil transports.
  • Fix for the occasional freezes that occur when the player wins by Score Victory.
  • AI was incorrectly evaluating colonies in trade table
  • Fix for an issue that would have the AI not consider retreating colony ships as idle.
  • Fix for the AI colonization logic, AI was reluctant of going through systems with space monsters on them if not enough military power was available to attack them
  • Fixed how the AI considered the Planet Rating to better take into account the distance to the planet.
  • Fixes for Constricted colonization with better planetary evaluation. Improved Army planning on early stages.
  • Fixes issue that would have Space Factories constructing Star Bases not in the most logical places.
  • Fix for the AI giving everything it has for "Vote for" in spite of relation between AI and player.
  • Fix for Exceeding Credits side description, in the audience interface.
  • Fix for some small VO glitches, in the audience menu.
  • Added a notification when a player has no money left to accept a deal.
  • Player's credits can get into negative values when accepting Trade Treaty and Research Treaty simultaneously in multiplayer.
  • Fix for the Colony Cession not appearing disabled if the player does not know any planets of the other race.
  • Fix for deals not working if the player's BC get down to 0 when accepting the deal.
  • Fix for deals not being accepted if “Enter” is pressed lots of times before and during the trade table appearing.
  • Fix for players not being able to select two or more races to "declare war on".
  • Auto-exploring scouts will now visit anomalies.
  • Security tag added to Capitol building.
  • Fix server crash when an empty queue finishes its last project.
  • Fix for the user being able to place a Civil transport bulk building, which was previously saved after an attack on his colony on the production queue.
  • Fix for victory chances failing when ship has many shield piercing weapons.
  • Fix for the game not recognizing controllers at launch, only when disconnecting and re-connecting it with the game running.
  • Tobii Devices: Fix for when the game starts and the GamepadMotionWarp does not find the UI.
  • Tobii Devices: Hide planet info tooltip after warp.
  • Fix for missing unregister messages after coming back to Main Menu.
  • Fix for buttons overlapping when selecting a Declaration in an Audience.
  • Fix for trade table getting broken after clicking “What would make this work?” on audience screen.
  • Fix for the 'Show only flagged' filter showing flagged planets from previous games.

  • GNN reports discovery of the same monster twice in a single play session.
  • Fixed wrongly named files causing certain dialogs to not work as intended.
  • Fix for reset button not working in multiplayer when choosing races.
  • Fix for pending diplomacy request not resetting upon declaring war.
  • Fix for a pending AI proposition to certain Player resulting in endless processing turns for all other players if that proposition is not accepted/declined.
  • Fix for the game UI disappearing when accepting an Invite twice.
  • Fix for the players not being able to destroy Pirates and leaving the Battle Screen in multiplayer game.
  • Fix for the Copy and Ok buttons not being active in WG.net account menu while pressing Get a redeem code for Total Annihilation.
  • Scouts sometimes don't move during the turn phase.
  • Fix for leaving negotiation table via clicking Back with LMB + RMB softlocking the game.
  • Fix for some AIs starting the game without any frigates.
  • Fix for incompatible gravity perk selection.

  • Fix for Spanish typos in Shield Absorption description.
  • Fix for a typo on Match setup in Spanish.
  • Fix for certain periods missing in some of the GNN ticker jokes in Spanish.
  • Fix for the Name of silicoid homeworld mentioned as Crysalon in intro movies subtitles instead of Cryslon, in Spanish.
  • Russian localization: Fix for Superscalar Gas Harvester tooltip not fitting it's field.
  • Fix for the “Advanced Military Outpost” tooltip not fitting into its field.

  • Fix for Grassland transformation tooltip saying that it improves desert planet on Custom Race screen, in Spanish

  • Fix for inconsistent use of straight and curly apostrophe in English.
  • Fix for inconsistent use of em-dash, en-dash and hyphen with/without spaces, in English.
  • Fix for inconsistent punctuation in Score victory card tooltip in English.
  • Fix for names of keys hardcoded in tooltips for camera controls.
  • Fix for inconsistent punctuation in disposition change keys.
  • Fix for Excessive space and periods use in monster destruction message.
  • Fix for: Excessive comments in parentheses and brackets.
  • Fix for Grammar mistake in Line Formation tooltip.
  • Fix for some inconsistencies in the use of "colony" and "planet".
  • Fix for Russian: Star Base tooltip stating that multiple Doom Stars can be built.
  • Added color coding to "food" word in Hydroponic Farm description.
  • Fix for multiple dropdown menus allowing multiple instances at the same time after leaving a screen with an expanded dropdown menu.
  • The quick match now uses the recommended player count instead of max.
  • Fix for clicking the top part of the chat collapsing the screen in the multiplayer mode.
  • Fix for the redemption code for Total Annihilation sign disappearing from the screen sometimes.
  • Fixed “Out of sync” error that occurred during certain multiplayer skirmish.
  • Fix military rating sorting in the path to victory.
  • New scaleform lib that supports Korean language in Linux and OSX.
  • Fix for the scroll bar in technologies description not working with the mouse wheel.
  • Fix for subtitles showing over the technologies boxes.
  • Fix for the Planet size bar with 3 partitions in the planet size overview. A planet with that size doesn't exist
  • Fix for the Stellar Converter sound effects not playing after destroying the first planet.
  • Fix for Autoturn "press space to pause" message.
  • Fix for Guard feedback does not always disappearing.
  • Fix for Black Hole Travel with fast animations
  • Fix for the player being able to see the quantity of other player's ships by hovering the mouse over the planet.
  • Fix for tutorial flow broken at turn 5 after ordering first scout to autoexplore.
  • Fix for tutorial softlock upon clicking LMB+RMB on Path to victory.
  • Fix for Block feedback reappearing after some turns.
  • Fix for multiple battle screens causing a softlock.
  • Fix for multiple battle screens appearing and causing a softlock if player chooses to Drop all.
  • Fix for guard button lock after destroying the military presence of an enemy colony.
  • Fix for block action staying active after colonizing a planet.
  • Fix for war being declared when guarding a node with an unfinished structure from another race.

  • The production values are calculated incorrectly after building the neutron collider.
  • Fix for texts not changing language in real time in Colony widgets.
  • Fixes some issues on specials and squadrons info update (tactical battles)
  • Fix for projectiles Visual Effects getting inside the ship instead of impacting against the Mesh.
  • Fixed for a rare case in Tactical when the user takes command two times into tactical battles.
  • Fix for Combat Chances. Now they consider extremely long range weapons (ie: military outposts).
  • Fix for deterministic message handling.
  • Sending orders while paused now has the right feedback.
  • Minor fix related to Military outpost area of attack displaying incorrectly in tactical.
  • Fix for players ships not reacting anymore after leaving Tactical Battle with disabled AI.
  • Fix for critical issue where Tactical battle froze when a player fights a space monster.
  • Tactical Ships are still visible when destroyed. Issue temporally fixed, now ships are destroyed but some projectiles may be still alive upon impacting.
  • Fix for Amoeba causing a softlock when splitting.
  • Plasma web now works as intended with a splash area and new feedback.
  • Selection colliders fixed for Doomstars.
  • Fix for attack rating and defense rating tooltips, now they truncate the number to 2 decimals
  • Fix “null WG account ID” in LoginEvent.
  • Tooltips don’t always translate keys assigned to an action.
  • Fix for a softlock occurring in the tutorial after clicking the “choose research” button multiple times, in the area where the “done” button appears.
  • Fix for the score victory counter appearing in advanced settings even if host disables it.
  • Fix for long planet names not displaying or overlapping other elements.
  • Fix for Sakkra portrait not fitting the Victory window.
  • Fix for small font in long tooltips.
  • Fix for "Sell" being cut off in Galactic Stock Market window (in German).
  • Fleet orders truncated in the Russian version.
  • Removed colony event for gravity if the colony has built gravity generators.
  • Fix for the diplomacy screen not working properly after starting a new game.
  • Fix for an instance where after a simulated combat, all ships and planetary defenses were destroyed.

  • Fix for "Cooldown" and "Base hull points" showing the word twice after the icon.
  • Fix for: Hardcoded "undefined" in Formations tooltip in English and Spanish

  • Fix for "None" appearing as the assigned key in Auto-Run instead of the assigned key.
  • Missing localization for critical pollution tooltip implemented.
  • Fix for missing localization for Auto-pause tooltip.
  • Missing localization for "Total Planet Pollution" in Pollution tooltip.
  • Fix for a black screen appearing Single game is selected quickly when the menu appears.
  • Continue game now checks the mods configuration.
  • Fix for game settings becoming unavailable in single player after using GALAXY_TYPE_TUTORIAL in a previous multiplayer match.
  • Fix for GALAXY_TYPE_TUTORIAL appearing in Multiplayer Matches setup screen.
  • Fix for Advanced Settings title overlapping the Big Bang Seed field.
  • Fix for the techtree not showing the current research when opened as default.
  • Fix for pollution values in Empire Screen.
  • Fix for the autopause timer running while in pause.
  • Fixed toggle special module to apply the same state to all the squadron.
  • There was no information that tells the user that s/he won't be able to retreat after moving a ship and going to a tactical combat.
  • Fix for modifiers not showing on tooltips.
  • Fix for tactical weapon tooltips not showing Final damage/cooldown/etc (after applying modifiers)
  • Fix for the weapons tooltips not showing how many items s/he has.
  • Fix for enemy weapons’ tooltips not appearing when hovering over weapon icons.
  • Fix for Specials appearing to be on cooling down even when they weren't.
  • UI now responds to weapon activation/deactivation while paused.
  • Fix for enemy ship's loadout not showing when selecting.
  • Fix for the string "UPKEEP" being hardcoded in the Credits tooltip.
  • Fix for Tutorial softlocking when clicking LMB+RMB on Path to Victory button.
  • Fix for load screen when the user has incompatible savegames with the current version of the game.
  • Fixed convoys’ move order to prevent ships with no movements left staying behind.
  • Fix for the AI giving everything it he has for any colony.
  • Fix for "L" in the control panel loading saved keybinds.
  • Fix for Escape button not working under certain circumstances.
  • Fix for the missing Military Outpost image.
  • Fix for bombarding flow getting wrecked when the AI attacks a player’s colony.
  • Fix for the discovery icon appearing in the Choose Research screen.
  • Increased buffer for AS Logs 4X to avoid crashes in Linux.
  • Fix for Blueprint changes not saving in Linux.
  • Description fix for Colony Waste Dump.
  • Fix for missing “Get more mods” button on Mods.
  • Fix for the missing localization on Mods screen.
  • Fix for crashes in to Mac & Linux (caused by buffer overflow).
  • Fix for Core systems glitches.
  • Fix for missing text in the Attack Rating tooltip.
  • Fix for an error in the export formula. Now Imported Production is not affected by Production Speed.
  • Fix for Production speed bonus not being properly calculated. Production speed now affects production costs instead of productive output.
  • Fix for the difficulty level (production bonus for AI) not being calculated properly. Added additional cleanup per AI difficulty.
  • Time base Auto/Pause button being active in the tutorial tactical battle.
  • The pre-combat popup just show the first battle of every game.
  • Autopause now shouldn't reset the camera as normal pausing does.
  • Fix auto-pause using scaled delta time. fix pause / unpause resetting current time compression.
  • Fixed bug where the range slider doesn't work with civilian ships
  • Fix for tactical battles not starting in the tutorial.

Yeah, not a lot of game mechanic changes though.
I guess espionage rework and minor civs come some time next year.

Hi. I just started the game and looking around I can't find anyone who knows what armor resilience does. I've just assumed it was a feature that doesn't work yet so I haven't been using armor piercing weapons, but if that's not the case I'd like to know what it does.

Yeah, i've bought this game early in beta cause of one promised feature:
* Multiplayer Tactical Battles

All i read in Patchnotes is:
- no tactical battles for Multiplayer yet
- no tactical battles for Multiplayer yet
- no tactical Battles for Multiplayer yet
...

I don't care if you choose round based or realtime tactics, but no tactical battle in multiplayer means: no multiplayer.

Moo LIVES from tactical battles and the feeling to get most out of self customized ships.

My main menu UI is stuck on the blue planet with the star at the back and it's not showing me any options! Yesterday was all right, any thoughts?

Same here. Cannot play game. Tomorrow bye a game. Played 6 hours and today cannot play. Latest patch is broken. Where is game UI? Show only blue planet with the star at the back.

Using Ubuntu 16.04 LTS with NVIDIA geforce GTX 560 ti with latest closed drivers.

check cache - not working.
Uninstall game and install game. Same error but UI flashing fast in backround and crash. Not working.

My game worked great until this patch, now it sits with the "processing turn" flashing for, well all i can assume is for forever as it never comes back to my turn. Wtf?

My games now freeze in combat mode. Combat doesn't start, it just freezes. I tried it three times with the same result.

The game is freezing up every time I meet the first race for the game. It just sits there trying to process that race's turn and makes it no further. This is playing on the largest map size.

Nothing on the current pathetic ground combat, nothing on the awful espionage. And so on.

Game remains shelved.

Lots work going on! Hey, since early in the pre-launch there has been a problem that Astro University does not show up on the list of available builds for some planets for no reason. The list above is long enough so I could have missed it, but I did read the whole thing and did not see a fix for that. Not having that build available is a serious limitation for planets best focused on research rather than production.

With this new patch a good game has been turned into a terrible unplayable game. The new pollution and gravity rules do not make it a better game. In fact, they detract from the game experience. I feel cheated and have wasted my money.
