I've beaten the game and done my fair bit of exploring, but I have no idea how to get Antisocial and Cheapskate. I'm guessing Cheapskate comes from either using the taxi too much or too little during the game, and Antisocial has something to do with the office? I tried not talking to Garcia to see if it worked, but it didn't. Could someone give at least a hint on how to get them? Thanks!...
