Exporting jam, usage license and legal stuff?

Hey

Since creating a jam can be exported to .mp3, this raises questions about its licensing and legal use.

Can the generated .mp3 be used in commercial softwares/games whatever?
Can we redistribute our jams for free?
Do we have to mention something like "Created by Cosmic DJ" somewhere?
What about all the riffs/assets used to create a jam? Are they free, or are they CDJ's property?

Also the mp3 format is subject to royalties. Huhh I am completely clueless as to how dealing with that; if we can use the exported jam commercially that is. What about other music formats like ogg or flac, that are royalties free?

[insert here other question about legal stuff I am not even aware of ]

Now I totally do not plan on selling jams, or reusing them nowhere or anything.
I am just curious.

From my little knowledge about music creation softwares -- like Cakewalk and stuff -- most of them seem to have a 10 pages legal/copyright/usage/I-dont-even-know-what-it-is-called stuff written by dozen of lawers lol.

DUDE, YOU ARE AWESOME!!
I like making short films and videos so music was always a problem! Especially after meeting youtube and heard they have all these legel things for BGM. Even though I might use some Midi programs to make music for a big project, the short clips never had a original BGM ( by original I mean a song you can post and people won't complain that you are against the law)
and it'll take too much time doing a midi clip just for small projects!!!

So thank you so much MTCS! You just saved millions of digial artist's lives. :D
( I might use this program for a life time 0_0 BTW I think i just might give credit to this at the end of films, Becuase you rock dude!!!!!!)
