A Sequence Of Unfortunate Events

Hey, I am trying to get the achievement "A Sequence Of Unfortunate Events - Get killed by a monster after falling on a pit trap".
I went in to a trap at the floor from the upper decks. I got killed during captured in this trap and a second time short after I leaved the trap, but nothing ... no achievement.

Do anyone know how to get it?

I just got that achievement, what you have to do is be killed while still in the trap, I was being chased by the Brute and fell in and was killed on the spot and I got the achievement. Hope I helped!
